How do I invite candidates to take an assessment?
Immediately after publishing an assessment, you will see the option to ‘Invite’ in the top right corner of the screen.
Alternatively, when an assessment has previously been published, you can invite more candidates by clicking on the name of the assessment from the Assessments hub and then selecting ‘Invite’ in the top right corner.
Options for inviting candidates
There are a few options available for sending an invitation to candidates. The simplest is a shareable link that you can send directly to the candidate(s).
Alternatively, you can send invitations via the platform which will be further explained below.
The last option is a feature that enables you to demo the assessment for yourself.
Invite candidates through the platform
You have the choice to enter candidates one at a time which is easiest if you only want to invite a few individuals to the assessment. If you need to send the invite to several candidates, the bulk upload feature may be a better option.
To upload candidate information in bulk, you can choose ‘Import spreadsheet’. The pop-up explains how the spreadsheet should be formatted.
Demo an assessment
You will receive an email just like a candidate would and can use the link provided in the email to access the tests. You can also find the assessment by navigating to ‘You’ in the bottom left corner and then ‘Assessments’ at the top of the screen.
After submitting each test, your results will appear as a candidate’s would. Navigate to the Assessments hub and then click ‘Participants’ next to the assessment. See ‘How do I review individual candidate results?’ for more information.
If you would like to remove your results from the assessment, simply select your name from the Participants page and click ‘Archive’.
