How do I compare candidate results?

To see how candidates line up against one another, we offer the ability to ‘Compare’ results. This option becomes available when at least one candidate is selected from the list of all participants in an assessment. 

You can compare a maximum of 5 candidates at once. After you’ve selected the candidates and clicked ‘Compare’, a dashboard summarising their scores will appear. These graphs are interactive and individual candidates can be unselected to change whose results are displayed. 

Comparison analytics are not available for some personality tests due to the level of detail in results.
